Overnight Boarding

 Welcome to our overnight boarding page! We offer a large fenced area for socialized play and cozy built kennels for your furry friend to rest after a fun filled day! Our rates are set off a per day basis, if you pick up your pet before 11am on the last day, you will not be charged for that day. However, you will be charged a full day for the first day pet boards.  All dogs must be fully vaccinated and neutered if male and over 6 months. Our cancellation and deposit policies can be found below.

Dogs that are boarding with us for the first time require a first time assessment prior to their stay.

Two dogs 1-4 days

Holidays

$52.00 per day

During holiday times such as Christmas, New Years, Easter, March break, and Thanksgiving

Please ensure that your dog's vaccinations are up to date, including DA2PP (Parvo Virus), Rabies, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). If proof of vaccines not provided, your dog(s) will not be able to stay for the safety of all animals. Proof of vaccination is required.

Kennel Cough is not a core vaccine, so please confirm with your veterinarian that your dog is vaccinated for it. Additionally, your dog must be on flea/deworming and tick control products from June to November, and proof of medication is required.

Misrepresentation or aggressive behaviour from your dog will result in them not being welcome back.

Cancellation and deposit policies

Our cancellation policy

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To prevent losses from last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we have implemented a policy similar to that of the hotel industry. This means that a deposit is mandatory when making reservations. The following is a summary of our cancellation policy, when deposits are necessary and the details of deposit refunds, if applicable.

First time deposit

First time assessment 

A deposit of $30.00 will be required at the time of booking your first reservation.
This deposit will remain on the account until the reservation has been complete, and will be deducted from the overall total of the guests stay at the time of check out.
If your first reservation falls under our Winter Holiday time frame, $50.00 deposit will be required

Peak season deposit 

If it's your dog's first time boarding at our facility, we require an assessment day with them. This can be done any weekday prior to their stay between 9:00am and 4:00pm and is $30.00.

Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation three or more days before. However, if you cancel less than three days before check-in, there is a $30.00 charge.

To secure a reservation during specific holidays and time periods, clients must pay a $50.00 deposit. These include March Break, all long weekends (Family Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving), and summer weekends from June to August. If the cancellation falls within the appropriate time frame, we will gladly refund the deposit.

Deposit refund

If you cancel your reservation three or more days before the check-in date, you will receive a refund of your deposit. However, if you cancel less than three before check-in, deposit will not be refunded.
